The journey of 28 years of her career has been multifaceted. Strong HR background as a Sr. HR Leader I have handled multiple responsibilities as Head HR – Global Portfolio, Leader Business Partner India, strategic Head, M & A, Business Transition, Enterprise Management lead, Diversity Head etc. St up & built business or transition from HR perspective. In the past 10 years, she has been instrumental in working with many start ups, mid level and large organisation to set up complete HR system. This includes Balance Score card, Performance management system, Culture Building, Policy formation, Compliance audits etc., Also, some feathers in her cap during this period were founding a School of Photography & Cinematography for the Deemed University name Bharati Vidyapeeth with two more partners. Founded Poornam Foundation – Focus is Gender Neutrality & Diversity, to create Gender Neutral Workplaces, Gender Neutral Mindsets and Gender Neutral Society through our intense 10 years of research-based knowledge. The work is completely integrated in the HR system.
We have partnered with various Corporates, Youth associations and Maharashtra Police, Rotractors, NCC Leadership Academy to share the knowledge.
